The Sleeping Beauty
The plot of this traditional tale is well known and faithfully preserved in this adaptation. After a long wait, the king and the queen finally get a child. They name their beautiful daughter Rose, after the queen’s favorite flower. Unfortunately, a vengeful fairy curses Rose to fall asleep from which she can be woken only by love’s true kiss. In today’s world, a true prince is not readily available so is she going to sleep forever or will love find a way?
