The Magic Flute

Ten extraordinary musicians and ten top-notch puppeteers joined efforts to recreate the epic battle between Sarastro and the Queen of the Night. Our production of the Mozart’s well-known and loved opera “The Magic Flute” combines puppetry, live acting, superb musical score and spectacular stage effects. Prince Tamino finds himself thrust into it all and must endure mystical trials of air, earth, fire and water as he searches for virtue and - a bride. Meanwhile, bird-man Papageno, his less idealistic cohort, just wants to find a good-looking female and enough to eat and drink. The complicated libretto has been simplified for younger audience, but the story preserves the meaning and charm of the original.
